About us
This website has been developed for children, young people and families in Rotherham to be able to find the information they need on activities and services.
The Early Years, Childcare and Extended services team and Young People’s Services have worked together to develop this website, to ensure that all the information on activities and services for children, young people and families in Rotherham is in one place.
Alongside Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council’s statutory duty to provide comprehensive and accurate information on activities for 13 – 19 year olds there is also a requirement for young people to have the means of influencing both the activities themselves and how they are publicised and promoted.
During the development of this website we have talked to children, young people and families in Rotherham to find out their ideas and opinions about the design and content of the website and we would particularly like to thank young people from the following groups for their contributions:
